Limited Liability
Silver Bay Film Equipment is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any products bought from us. All warranties for merchandise sold by Silver Bay Film Equipment are with the product manufacturer. Silver Bay Film Equipment gives no additional warranty either expressed or implied for any merchandise. If the product is defective in material or workmanship, or fails to operate for its intended purpose as described during the warranty period, you can contact the manufacturer directly or we can assist to have it repaired or replaced. In all cases we are only responsible for replacement, repair or the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
Prices and product specifications are subject to change without notice and may have typographical errors. Silver Bay Film Equipment reserves the right to unilaterally cancel any order and refund customer’s money due to any pricing error or similar error.
Eligibility Conditions
If all listed conditions are not met, Silver Bay Film Equipment reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories.
30-Day Return Policy
Silver Bay Film Equipment has a 30 day return policy from the date of purchase, subject to the below listed conditions and exclusions.
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. If your purchase included free items, all associated items must be returned for a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total.
Silver Bay Film Equipment can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
The customer is responsible for all shipping expenses from and to us on returns, items originally sent via "free shipping", will be charged for the outgoing shipping on returns. Returns are not allowed on special-order/non-stock, custom goods, closeout, used or discontinued merchandise. All returns must have an RA-number on the package, please call for details.
